The price charged for an order will be the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After an order has entered processing, been prepared for shipment, or submitted to a fulfillment partner, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Orders purchased through TikTok Shop are also subject to TikTok Shop’s cancellation policies and timelines.

5. Third-Party Fulfillment

Naptails Pet Co. works with trusted third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners to process, package, and ship orders.

Because of this:

  • Products may arrive in separate shipments.

  • Tracking information may be provided separately for different items.

  • Shipping schedules may be affected by supplier availability, carrier delays, holidays, or destination restrictions.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping and billing information during checkout.

Naptails Pet Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Requests to update shipping information must be submitted within 12 hours of placing an order.
