SHIPPING POLICY

At Naptails Pet Co., we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. We carefully work with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to provide a smooth shopping experience.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times & Rates (United States)

We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping Transit: 7–10 business days

  • Estimated Total Delivery: 8–13 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or certain remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Multiple Shipments

To provide the fastest delivery possible, some orders may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages:

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

  • Items may arrive on different days.

  • This does not mean that any item is missing.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Customs processing (when applicable)

  • Unexpected logistics issues

If your order experiences a delay, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Shipping Issues

If your package:

  • Arrives damaged,

  • Is lost during transit, or

  • Is marked as delivered but cannot be located,

please contact us within 7 days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date.

To help us investigate, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video of any damage (if applicable)

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make address changes. Naptails Pet Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been submitted to our fulfillment partners, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Orders purchased through TikTok Shop are also subject to TikTok Shop’s cancellation policies and timelines.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, customers should first check:

  • Around their property

  • With household members

  • With neighbors

  • With the shipping carrier or local delivery office

If your package cannot be located, please contact us. We will assist whenever possible by helping investigate the shipment status with the carrier.
