RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Naptails Pet Co., your satisfaction is our priority. We want every cat and small dog to enjoy a comfortable, safe, and cozy space in your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Return Window

Most products, including cat beds, cat caves, small dog beds, pet furniture, accessories, and grooming products, may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within the return period and provide your order information.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In the original packaging

  • In resalable condition

  • Free from pet hair, odors, stains, or damage

  • Returned with all included accessories, tags, and parts (if applicable)

Items that show signs of pet use or wear may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or opened pet products

  • Products showing signs of pet use, hair, odors, stains, or damage

  • Consumable items, including treats, supplements, shampoos, and similar products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video showing the problem

After review and approval, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund. Customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items. Naptails Pet Co. is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or cannot be verified through tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or submitted to our fulfillment partners, cancellation may no longer be possible.
