Happy Tails Pet World partners with trusted fulfillment suppliers who ship orders directly from their warehouses to your door. This means that returns and refunds are subject to our suppliers' fulfillment guidelines, which we outline below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• The item was not as described

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Items returned without prior approval
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Request a Return or Refund

1. Email us at support@happytailspetworld.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
4. If approved, we will provide return instructions or issue a refund directly

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover all return shipping costs. If a return is accepted for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, pet beds, caves, mats, and other bedding that have been used, slept on, or washed cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific product.
