At Happy Tails Pet World, we are committed to getting your pet's products to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 3 business days after your order is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing for all orders. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods (holidays, sales events).

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum purchase required, no matter the order size.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us. Orders placed through TikTok Shop follow TikTok Shop's cancellation rules: an order can generally be cancelled before it is marked as shipped, and TikTok Shop may also allow cancellation if an order does not arrive by its estimated delivery date.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package using the carrier's website listed in your tracking email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@happytailspetworld.com and we will investigate immediately. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve any shipping issues.

Multiple Items

Some orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times. This is normal — your tracking information will reflect all shipments.
